Colour reproduction

Price information

Gift Certificates Terms and Conditions

In order to buy an Gift Certificate, you must be registered to clementjoscleyne.co.uk . A recipient of a Gift Certificate must have a valid email address, and although it is possible to receive a Gift Certificate without being registered to clementjoscleyne.co.uk , it is not possible to redeem before registration. Unfortunately, it is not possible to earn Reward Points when buying a Gift Certificate. However, points are awarded when the Gift Certificate is redeemed. Our Gift Certificates may only be redeemed on clementjoscleyne.co.uk, towards the purchase of items listed on clementjoscleyne.co.uk, sold by clementjoscleyne.co.uk. When payment is made with a Gift Certificate, your account is debited immediately upon order confirmation. This Gift Certificate has a cash redemption value of 0.001p and is not transferable or assignable. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's account. If the order exceeds the amount of the Gift Certificate, the rest of the balance must be paid by credit or debit card, or by PayPal.  If you request a refund for an order paid for by Gift Certificate, your refund will be processed to the same Gift Certificate account. Unfortunately it is not possible to issue refunds to alternative payment types. Gift Certificates and unused portions of Gift Certificates expire one year from the date of issue. Buying or redeeming Gift Certificates are subject to our normal Terms and Conditions and order validation procedures. Promotional discount is not valid when buying Gift Certificates, although is available when the Gift Certificate is being redeemed. clementjoscelyne.co.uk reserves the right to remove, block or de-activate Gift Certificate accounts without notice. Our returns policy

You can return any unwanted items within 7 working days of receipt of the goods for a full refund or replacement as long as they are unused and in the original packaging and condition. You must pay the return postage cost. Unfortunately we aren't able to exchange items. Any reward points earned against any item(s) you return for a refund will be removed.  A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.  Please note that once goods have been signed for at the delivery point, goods are then deemed to be neither damaged or faulty and a refund of the delivery charge will not apply.

How do I return an item?

Return by post. You need package the items securely and include a copy of your original dispatch note. Address the package to Clement Joscelyne Online, 17 Fitzroy Street, Cambridge CB1 1ER. Take it to the Post Office and pay the appropriate postage fee for the weight of the package. We recommend that you use a signed for delivery service with insurance. Remember to obtain a proof of postage receipt and keep this for your records.

How long does it take to get a refund?

If you've returned an item and are expecting a refund please allow 14 days for it to appear on your card or PayPal account. We'll send you an e-mail to let you know when the refund has been processed. You can also check your returns using your 'My Account' section of the site using the link at the top of the page.
